The "Coherent and Unified" Republican Message

Conservatives, instead of being right and forming a coherent argument, are trying to win the argument by preventing debate and shouting down those who disagree. They like to compare themselves to the antics Code Pink conducted during House and Senate hearings, when they would stand up and scream. While I don't necessarily agree with the actions of Code Pink, I do give them credit for trying to start a debate about the Iraq War with their shouting, as opposed to stifling debate on the topic.

The most ridiculous aspect of the Republican defense of the Shout-Down-The-Opposition campaign is that they claim that it is not effective because they are noisier than the Democrats, but they claim it's effective because of the united message the protesters are delivering.
